We take customer satisfaction seriously. Our number one priority is to provide all of our customers with excellent service end to end. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or Outpsoke store credit for items returned within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details on how to process your return. All returns must be accompanied by its original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 7 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. We are not responsible for any personal items accidentally returned to Outspoke. *Note: Customers outside of the United States & located on military bases are responsible for their own return costs, but will be reimbursed in Outspoke store credit.
