A: Yes, we ship worldwide.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: How do I make a return?

A: We take customer satisfaction seriously. Our number one priority is to provide all of our customers with excellent service end to end. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or Outpsoke store credit for items returned within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details on how to process your return. All returns must be accompanied by its original packaging and unaltered, unworn, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund. Items received after 7 days will not be accepted for return or exchange. We are not responsible for any personal items accidentally returned to Outspoke. *Note: Customers outside of the United States & located on military bases are responsible for their own return costs, but will be reimbursed in Outspoke store credit.

Q: If I return my order, what can I exchange it for?

A: Exchanges can be made for products equal in value to your original purchase. If an exchange is not made, you will be refunded the amount paid for the product.

A: Yes, all of our pieces are authentic. Our 925 Sterling Silver, Solid 14K Gold, Rhodium, and 14K Gold Plated are all real and true to their descriptions. Please refer to our Materials & Pricing page to learn more.

A: Our pieces are crafted to last. They are tarnish/fade resistant. Please refer to our Materials & Pricing page for more information.
